The annual fee payment for 2008 at the increased amount of $125.00 is currently due and must be paid by February 29, 2008. The appropriate annual fee notice has been sent to all certified attorneys. Payments received after the February 29, 2008 postmark deadline will be assessed the $50.00 late fee. Checks or money orders should be made payable to “Secretary, Board on Attorney Certification” and should be mailed to the following address: Supreme Court of New Jersey Board on Attorney Certification PO Box 970 Trenton, NJ 08625-0970 The Court also increased the recertification application filing fee to $125.00.
